About these terms
These terms apply to the website aragonitdigital.com and to all free tools on it. The site is run by Miloš Mazinjanin PR Agencija za konsalting ARAGONIT DIGITAL Sombor (we, Aragonit Digital). Our full details are on the Company info page.
By using the site you accept these terms. How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
Free tools
The tools are free and need no account. Most of them work only in your browser: what you enter and the files you choose stay on your device. The few tools that have to contact a server say so on their page, and the Privacy Policy lists them.
We can change, improve, limit or remove any tool at any time, without notice.
Results are estimates, not advice
Calculators, generators and checkers give estimates and suggestions. They are based on what you enter and on platform rules and regulations as they were on the date shown on each tool page. A result is not a promise of sales, leads or any other outcome.
The tools do not give legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Ad platforms and regulations change often, so before an important decision, such as a budget, a campaign setup or a tax question, check the official source linked on the tool page or ask your accountant or lawyer.
Tools for businesses in Serbia (VAT, the flat rate tax limit, working days, IPS QR codes, PIB and account checks) follow the regulations named on each page. They do not replace your accountant or the Tax Administration. Before you pay with an IPS QR code, check the payment details your banking app shows you.
How you may use the tools
You are responsible for what you enter into the tools and for how you use the results. For example, ad copy you publish has to follow the platform's rules and the law, and you may only convert or publish images you have the right to use.
- Do not use the site or the tools to break the law, to mislead or harm others, or to make QR codes and links that lead to fraud.
- Send tool results only to your own email address.
- Do not try to get around the limits, overload our server or use the tools in bulk through bots or scripts without our written permission.
- Use the Tracking Checker for sites you run or are allowed to check. It reads public pages the same way a browser does.
If someone breaks these rules, we can block their access to the tools.
What is yours and what is ours
What you create with our tools is yours: ad copy, hooks, UTM links, QR codes, converted images, PDF and CSV files and similar results. You can use them freely, including for business.
The site itself is ours: texts, design, code and the way the tools work. You can link to any page and quote short parts with a link back to the source. Copying the tools, larger parts of the texts or the design needs our written permission.
Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok and the names and logos of other platforms belong to their owners. We use them only to say which platforms our tools work with. These companies have not reviewed or endorsed our tools.
Availability and responsibility
We work hard to keep the tools accurate and available, but we cannot promise that they will always work, always be online or be free of errors.
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for damage that comes from using the tools or relying on their results, for example money spent on ads, fines or lost profit.
This does not limit responsibility that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for damage caused on purpose or through gross negligence. If you use the site as a consumer, you keep all the rights that consumer protection law gives you.
Links to other sites
We link to official sources and other sites so you can check the facts yourself. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.
Emails from us
If you sign up for our monthly email, we send at most one email a month, and every issue has a link to unsubscribe. If you ask for a tool result by email, we send that one email and nothing else, unless you also ticked the box for the monthly email. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Work with clients
Our paid services, such as ad management, tracking setup, websites and automation, are always agreed in writing with each client, in an offer or a contract that says what we do, for how much and on which terms. These Terms of Use do not cover client work.

Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows the current version. If you keep using the site after a change, the new version applies.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. If something goes wrong, please write to us first and we will try to solve it together. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection that the mandatory law of your country gives you.
