How the score works
Every answer gives 0 to 3 points. The areas that most often decide whether ads pay off count three times: the offer, the website, tracking and how you handle inquiries. Budget goals, creative testing, reviews and email count twice, reporting and content once. The weights are our judgment from campaign work, not a scientific benchmark.
The three things to fix are picked the same way: the gap between your answer and the best answer, multiplied by the weight of that area. A missing basic always comes before a nice extra.
What the levels mean
- 0 to 39, Hold the budget. The basics are missing. Fix them before you put more money into ads.
- 40 to 59, Test small. Run small, controlled tests while you close the gaps.
- 60 to 79, Plug the leaks. The base works, but a few things still lose customers after the click.
- 80 to 100, Ready to push. Grow the budget step by step and keep an eye on cost per customer.
Why these ten areas
Ads bring people to your door. Whether they buy depends on what they find there: a clear offer, a page that opens quickly, a fast answer and proof that others were happy. Tracking and reporting then tell you what to keep and what to switch off.
How to use the result
- Fix one thing at a time, starting with the first card. If you change everything at once, you will not know what helped.
- Save the result as a PDF and take the quiz again in a month or two to see what moved.
- Share it with whoever runs your ads or website, so everyone works from the same list.
- For the details, go through our interactive checklists. They cover the first campaign, tracking, the landing page and a new website.
FAQ
Is this the same as an audit?
No. The quiz shows where to look, based on your own answers. An audit looks at your real ad accounts, tracking and website, and ends with a plan and a budget.
Are my answers sent anywhere?
No. They are saved only in this browser, so your result is still here if you come back. Start over deletes them.
Why does tracking count so much?
Meta, Google and TikTok decide who sees your ads based on the results you send back to them. If they only see clicks, they look for people who click. If they see inquiries and sales, they can look for people who buy.
I sell online, not services. Does it still apply?
Yes. For a shop, inquiries are the messages and questions people send before they buy, and reviews are product reviews. The ten areas are the same.
The quiz only uses your answers. They are saved in this browser (localStorage) and are not sent to us or anyone else.
