Services/Tracking & Analytics

Know where yourclients come from.

We set up GA4, Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, TikTok and Google Ads conversions, with a proper cookie banner. Every inquiry is counted once, and every month you see which channel brings clients.

  • GA4 · Tag Manager
  • Pixel · Conversions API
  • Consent Mode v2
  • Monthly reports

01Who it's for

For businesses that pay for ads and want to know what works.

Tracking pays off when money goes into ads or a website, and someone uses the numbers to decide what stays and what gets switched off.

A good fit if

  • You advertise on Meta, Google or TikTok, or will start soon.
  • You can't tell which channel brings inquiries and sales.
  • Nobody is quite sure what is installed on your site.
  • You want a short monthly report you can act on.

Probably not the right fit if

  • You want tracking without consent where the law asks for it. We don't do that.
  • There is nothing to measure yet. Then tracking starts with the site or first ad.
  • You expect every tool to show the same number. They count differently.

02What you get

Every inquiry and sale, counted once.

Tracking plan

One short document: what we track, where each event goes and what counts as a conversion. Anyone can pick it up later.

GA4 and Tag Manager

Key events, internal traffic filtered, data retention at 14 months, and links to Google Ads and Search Console.

Meta Pixel and Conversions API

The same events from the browser and the server, with one event ID, so Meta counts each once, even when the Pixel is blocked.

TikTok and Google Ads

TikTok Pixel and Events API, and Google Ads conversions with Enhanced Conversions, so each platform learns from real results.

Consent done right

A cookie banner with a real choice and Consent Mode v2. Tags wait for consent where the law asks for it, as on our own site.

UTM rules and testing

One naming list for all campaign links, and every event tested with cookies accepted and with cookies rejected.

Reporting

Monthly reports that show which channel brings clients.

Inquiries, sales and clients, not just clicks. In your client portal every month, followed by a short call.

03How it works

Five steps to the first report.

  1. 01

    Free call

30 minutes about your site, your ads and what you want the numbers to tell you.

  2. 02

    Review and plan

We check what your site sends today and write the tracking plan: events, tools and consent.

  3. 03

    Setup in your name

GA4, Tag Manager, pixels, server events and conversions, all in your own accounts.

  4. 04

    Test end to end

Every event tested with cookies accepted and rejected, then one real inquiry followed to every platform.

  5. 05

    Monthly report

Every month a report in your portal, a short call and fixes when something on the site changes.

04From practice

What we have learned setting up tracking.

Same event ID, or every lead counts twice.

When the Pixel and the Conversions API work together, Meta needs the same event name and ID from both. Without them, one inquiry looks like two.

Test with cookies rejected too.

It is easy to test only with everything accepted. We also check what happens when a visitor says no, and that no marketing tag fires anyway.

Platforms never match exactly.

Meta, Google Ads and GA4 credit sales in different ways and over different time windows. We compare them with your real orders and inquiries.

UTMs in lowercase, always the same.

GA4 sees Facebook and facebook as two different sources. One naming list for the whole team keeps the reports clean.

05What to expect

Setup first, then numbers you can trust.

Week 1

Review and plan

We check what your site and accounts send today and agree on the events, the tools and how consent works.

Weeks 2 to 3

Setup and tests

Tags, server events and conversions go in, and every event is tested before anyone relies on it.

From month 2

Numbers you can use

A full month of clean data, the first report in your portal and the first decisions based on it.

How fast it goes depends mostly on access to your site and accounts. Some visits always stay unseen because of ad blockers and rejected consent, and we show you where those gaps are instead of hiding them.

06How pricing works

Priced by what your site needs.

Prices are not on the site: some sites need a full setup, others a cleanup. Every proposal has these parts.

07FAQ

Questions about tracking.

Is the Pixel enough?

If you advertise on Meta, usually not. Blockers can stop the Pixel in the browser. The Conversions API sends the same events from the server, and with one event ID Meta counts each once.

Do visitors have to agree to tracking?

In the EU and in many other places, analytics and marketing cookies usually need consent first. We set up the banner and Consent Mode v2 so the tags follow each visitor's choice. What your privacy policy has to say is a question for your lawyer.

Why do GA4, Meta and Google Ads differ?

They count differently. Ad platforms also credit ads that people saw or clicked days before, GA4 looks at visits to your site, and all of them miss some people who rejected cookies. In the report we compare them with your real inquiries and sales.

Who owns the ad accounts and the data?

You do. Accounts, Pixel and analytics are set up under your business. If we ever part ways, everything stays with you and anyone can take over without friction.

Can you fix our existing tracking?

Yes, even if someone else set it up. We start with a review of what fires today, keep what works and clean up the rest. You get a list of what we changed and why.

What is in the monthly report?

Spend, inquiries and sales by channel, the cost of one inquiry and one client, which inquiries became clients when we can match them, what we changed and what comes next. It waits in your client portal, with a short call.
